Monash House Private Hospital is a purpose-built private hospital facility going through unprecedented growth. We have a 22-bed surgical hospital with 4 operating theatres, 14 day-only beds and 8 inpatient rooms.

Pre-admissions
To ensure we can confirm your admission, financial and other arrangements, you will need to complete a Pre-admissions information form. These forms must be returned IMMEDIATELY to confirm your booking.
These forms are to be completed a minimum of 7 days prior to your admission.
