Dr Anthony Lawrence

Dr Lawrence completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biochemistry before commencing his medical degree at Monash University, graduating with Honours in 1978.

He completed his residency and specialist membership training at the Queen Victoria Medical Centre in Melbourne. After that, he moved to the UK for two-and-a-half years, completing his advanced obstetric and gynaecological training in Salisbury and Plymouth.

He then returned to Melbourne to complete his senior registrar year at Monash Medical Centre, becoming a fully accredited obstetric and gynaecological specialist in 1989.

Dr Lawrence is a:

• Member and Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists
• Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists
• Member of the American Association of Gynaecological Laparoscopists
• Member of the Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy Society
• Member of the Australian Medical Association.
