Dr Sam Sturrock is an Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Fertility specialist based in Bayside, Melbourne. Sam is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care and believes communication is at the core of this care.
Sam completed his undergraduate medical degree at Monash University in 2012 and subsequently underwent specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology training at Monash Health, with extensive experience managing both high and low risk pregnancies in tertiary birth units as well as regional centres.
In his advanced training, he underwent an intensive year of laparoscopic gynaecological surgery with the team at OGB in Ballarat, with a particular focus on improving fertility outcomes and the management of endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibroids.Following this, he undertook a fertility fellowship with Monash IVF and Monash Health allowing for specialised infertility and reproductive healthcare including IVF.
