Dr Tim Sturrock is a highly experienced specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist with subspecialty expertise in reproductive endocrinology and fertility. Drawing on three decades of experience in reproductive medicine, he provides pregnancy care and gynaecological surgery, with particular interests in endometriosis and high-risk pregnancies.

Meet Dr Tim Sturrock

Dr Sturrock provides the full range of fertility treatment options, including ovulation induction, IUI and IVF.

He trained in Melbourne at Prince Henry’s Hospital and completed his specialist training at Monash Medical Centre. He then spent two years as an obstetric and gynaecological registrar at Pembury Hospital in Kent, United Kingdom, before returning to Australia to train as a reproductive medicine fellow at Monash Medical Centre.

He has provided pregnancy care at Cabrini Hospital for many years, including high-risk and twin pregnancies.

In 1997, he joined Monash IVF as a specialist fertility clinician. Thirty years later, he continues to work at Monash as a general obstetrician and gynaecologist alongside private fertility practice. He now shares his consulting rooms at Brighton with his son, Dr Sam Sturrock, also an obstetrician and gynaecologist.
