Our Head Technician is a beacon of care and compassion within Monash House. His wealth of knowledge and experience is an asset that enriches the hospital's environment. Whether supporting anesthetists, providing comfort to patients, coaching his team, or ensuring meticulous patient care, Jason consistently goes above and beyond. His positive spirit, sense of humour, and acts of kindness, such as driving colleagues home on rainy days, make him a cherished member of our community.

Excellence: Dandan Wang

Dandan’s commitment to excellence throughout her roles as RN, CNS, and Acting ANUM are commendable. Her dedication is evident in her meticulous preparation and execution of tasks, with a particular focus on patient care. Dandan's contribution extends to the enhancement of Preference Cards, where she updates information with the latest details and visuals, ensuring her team adheres to excellent standards. She serves as a role model, embodying not only excellence but also the core values of Monash House Private Hospital.

Integrity: Leopold Joseph Ramos

In just a short time since joining in January 2023, LJ has become an exemplary team member. LJ's proactive approach to learning, self-driven growth, and reflective practice showcase his commitment to integrity. Engaging in challenging procedures and consistently offering assistance to colleagues, LJ has earned the trust of the entire staff. Monash House Private Hospital celebrates LJ's journey and eagerly anticipates the promising trajectory of his career.

Collaboration: Rita Huang

Over the past 12 months, Rita has emerged as a collaborator, demonstrating confidence in working across various departments. Notable instances include collaborating with colleagues on billing, payroll adjustments, and invoice coding. Rita's mentorship skills shine as she draws on her experience to guide and support her colleagues. Since joining our team in early 2023, Kerrie has seamlessly integrated into our work environment, leaving a positive impression on both patients and staff. Her "nothing is too difficult" attitude and equal, respectful treatment of everyone have earned her admiration. Kerrie's presence has resulted in increased positive feedback from patients, and she has quickly become a respected member of our team. Monash House is fortunate to have Kerrie, and we look forward to continuing to benefit from her contributions.

Cindy has evolved into an indispensable team member, showcasing excellence in her work at Monash House.
