Amanda Lingenberg

Amanda is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry

She holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree, Graduate Certificate Advanced Clinical Practice Nurse, Masters in Health Administration and Infection Control Certificate.

Amanda has extensive experience in management and leadership within the healthcare industry and has held management roles throughout Victoria, including Cabrini Health and Knox Private Hospital.

Amanda has been with MHPH since 2016 were she was initially employed as the Overnight Ward NUM and Infection Control Coordinator before taking on the position of Acting Director of Nursing before with her official appointment as DON being made by the Board in 2020.

Since her commencement at Monash House Private Hospital, she has led the hospital, nursing and administration team through many changes, growth periods and successful national audits.

Amanda was raised in remote Victoria and hence has a strong understanding of the challenges that regional patients have in accessing services, particularly specialty services such as interventional pain. She is proud that Monash House can service these patients and more broadly, patients from all over Australia with the upmost compassion, integrity and respect.

Priscilla Guy

General Manager

Priscilla Guy has recently joined the Monash House Private Hospital Executive Team as General Manager. 

Priscilla is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years experience both clinically and in nursing management with a strong background in Operating Theatre Management. She brings extensive experience in public health management of major Operating Theatres and Day Surgery centres.

This experience allows for in-depth understanding of patient flow through hospital, as both a day and overnight procedure and will ensure that our exceptional patient care standards continue.

Priscilla has particular experience in leading teams through change and stressful experiences. This will be key as Monash House Private Hospital looks to expand its capacity and throughput to fulfil its vision as a specialist boutique hospital. She will work closely with the board to align with their vision and expectation, whilst utilising clinical understanding and leadership to ensure that a first-class private hospital reputation is built.
